Pros

The people are awesome - everyone chips in and there is not a lot of politicking. There is more than enough work to do but the work is fun and interesting.

Cons

There is more than enough work to do! Some people are stuck in the old days/90's and need to get over themselves.

Everyone who joins says the same - it's the people. And we are a fast pace and always something going on - in a good way. Agree that change management is needed and we continue to focus on those practices.

Pros

- Good location close to train station - Work from home possibility - Great market position

Cons

- EXTREMELY Micro management - Lots of overtime working and very pushing - Management shows very poor people skill and sometimes disrespect engineers - Low pay but unrealistic high expectation

Pros

Excellent pay, benefits, and unlimited time off. Intelligent and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Management has no idea how to manage companies after they are acquired. If you get a poor manager, you should start looking for a new position because managers are sacrosanct. Badly implemented Agile methodology leads to fingerpointing and overwork.
