CEO who get's it...understands the sales dynamic

Cons

the further from Itasca, the more disentangled/disconnected you become. Must work harder to stay 'in the loop'

Great feedback and agree that Jim (CEO) gets that sales is the barometer for the industry and customers. I am hoping that our use of collaboration tools like Teams will help that disconnection but we're absolutely open to doing more.

Great Company Going Through Positive Transformation

Pros

Flexera is in a great market and has an extremely bright future. The company's (relatively) new CEO, Jim Ryan, is not only reimagining Flexera's entire business, he's also reimagining the culture. Flexera is now obsessed with innovation and making a big difference in the marketplace. People are excited and engaged and believe in where the company is going. It's an exciting time to be at Flexera.

Cons

There are some skeptics that aren't comfortable with all the change happening at Flexera. That's to be expected.

Pros

Relax, no work pressure, free time always

Cons

Where to start. Dishonesty at its peak. VP has no clue after being in the industry for 15+ years. no vision or innovation. Sitting in the scrum meetings going thru the jira list. No customer engagement at all. Lies all the time, we have lot of work to do and then lay off the teams. Send work to offshore. Cannot keep up with industry pace. Very boring here. People work in silos. Seems People are working here for 15+ years waiting to be laid off so they can get their package. They dont share any knowledge, if u ask them they panic.
