The Benefits are actually great, despite not having 401k matching.

Cons

WLB isn't a thing. They've added a layer of management, but that has only created for more mid-quarter initiative pivots and chaos. The options you're granted are essentially worthless in the secondary market and I don't see them IPO'ing soon.

Cons

The learning curve is steep and the pace is relentless. If you’re looking for a "9-to-5 and chill" vibe, this probably isn't the right fit. Work-life balance can definitely lean more toward "work" during high-intensity periods.
