Cons

Upper management has no idea what they’re doing. The product has actually become worse, and engineering processes are almost all broken. Knowledge of how many systems work is gone. Constant incidents. Ownership of components is ambiguous. So many changes happening at once without effective coordination. Chaos all around; it seems nobody really knows what the goals are at this point. Managements idea of producing quality software is to just throw as many new hires onto a project as possible.
