Pros

Avoid, run away, do not engage with them! toxic work culture, everyone is afraid of CEO who frankly speaking in building a bubble since the solution is not scalable - requires expensive labeling that is no go for the retail business. He constantly search for idiots that would buy his business.

Pros

I joined this company about 2 years ago and I was a bit skeptical given the early stage of it, and how small the company was. Best choice I have made in my career. This company is on a tear. Since I joined, I think we have grown 4x every year? Its crazy. I love it. Love the energy and the people. More so I love being an important part of an important company with a compelling vision and a great mission. Lower the cost of living for all mankind. It resonates with me. I am very happy with my decision to join.

Cons

Its hard work for sure like any startup that is growing 4x per year I would say. I would not expect a 9-5. For me, I get energized by it though. I am excited for the chance to build a company and a product that is a category defining company.
