- Everyone on the team is extremely driven to push themselves in their day-to-day tasks and push teammates to always perform better too - Strong minded folks who aren't afraid to push back and ask questions - User focused company that values quick iterating and human-centered design

Cons

- Because we work with retail, there are times that you will need to be on call or work hard on the weekends, because the clients don't stop working so we have to be ready to support if needed! It's not a problem to those who enjoy their work, but may not be for everyone
