Pros

Nice friendly people. The supervisors and fellow co-workers are very supportive and always there for you when you need it the most. Relatively new company so there is a lot to learn and new innovative ideas and things are always coming about and building upon a foundation. Base salary with commissions which is pretty good.

Cons

Takes a lot of work to make the amount of money that you hope to make. It isn't easy and its definitely not for everyone. Clientele is very difficult to work with. It's very arduous work to be successful. Don't accept the position just because its a job with money.

Pros

Foley is a great place to work, I would (and have) referred my friends and family to this company. Upon being hired, my supervisors and co-workers welcomed me into their work environment and began building me into a efficient salesman. The people in this organization are beyond kind and helpful while still maintaining a healthy competitive spirit. Upper management actively encourages all employees to co-operate and socialize at after hours gatherings and in fun team building activities out side of work. This creates an ease of communication between departments which makes day to day operation extremely efficient and brings employees closer together which is what truly makes a job enjoyable. If you're a motivated person that likes to have fun and you like to work with intelligent people, this could be the company for you.

Cons

There aren't many negative remarks I can make about this company even after witnessing people both quit and get fired. This is a organization that naturally asks its employees for their best effort everyday, and hard work is not for everyone.

Great communication between higher ups and Frontline staff. The pay is strong and commission on top of base pay is fantastic!

Cons

Call metrics lol but it's the nature of the beast. :) Can not really think of anything honestly I could say other than my opening sentence.
