OK so...the recent good reviews are saying that the bad reviews are spearheaded by a specific former employee. This is NOT TRUE. Those of us who were done wrong are mad for incredibly valid reasons. The company having employees post good reviews recently to up their Glassdoor score is further sheilding them from taking any type of responsibility for the way they have treated former employees. Do.Not.Believe.It.

Excellent sales and service experience and manufacturing experience in the healthcare field.

Cons

Paranoid CEO that is out of touch with employee worth. Product lacks proven clinical evidence. Bait and switch marketing. The company has clearly made a campaign to increase their Glass Door reviews. Recruits strong talent but turns it over quickly due to micromanaging and rushing results. Values bottom line over quality.

Pros

Air Conditioned factory, Great employees. Great work out gym for all employees to use, good location close to the bus route.

Cons

Recent changes were bad for employees. Some very good people were let go with no explanation. The culture is here today gone tomorrow. You can never have any job security when this happens. Have had several "lay offs" without admitting them. People are just "gone" . Absent owner has no idea of what is going on. Executive management have affairs with co-workers and nothing is done about it. Extremely low starting pay.
