Pros

Chick-fil-A every other Wednesday Gym and Insurance

Cons

It’s hard to detail everything that’s wrong with this company but I’ll try. The CEO is very sporadic in everything he does. He comes in each week and has a new idea that he demands to be implicated without consulting the entire team to figure out if that decision is best for the company. Often times these ideas he has aren’t communicated to all departments. So reps will be talking about something new but the lab will have no clue about it which leads to bad customer service in the end. The CEO gets so eager to release a new scanner but instead of doing so in the correct way (I.e. extensive testing to ensure the “kinks” are worked out) he releases them to customers. Accounts then become extremely frustrated that they encounter so many issues with the software. Accounts call up and get extremely angry with reps and unfortunately the reps can’t do anything about it except take the harsh words. Many reps have left crying because accounts are so frustrated and it all stems from the executive team. Previous reviews detail how some reps do everything they can to not work putting a ton more pressure on the reps that do in fact work. Those reviews are 100% true.

Pros

I learned quite a bit about chiropractic and the benefits. I met some really great people in the office and in the road.

Cons

Everything isn't what it seems. Everything is based on who likes you. Individuality is frowned upon. Hourly raises are the minimum if none at all, while managers and directors get promoted. You have to be willing to be a yes man no questions asked to survive. Ethnic diversity does not exist within those walls. There is a disconnect between managers and employees. The smell of glue is heavy in the air. The run the good ones away.

Pros

The pay is decent but could definitely improve.

Cons

Either you're in or you're out. They make it seem like it's about the employees but it's not. There is only ethnic diversity is in the warehouse. It doesn't exist in the office nor call center.
