-The company is a leading company in its industry -Supportive and collaborative team environment -Opportunities for learning and professional growth -It’s a very interesting job where I learn new things every day. -A great place where I can apply my talents and experience daily. -I have a very pleasant team with strong human values. -Communication with my team is clear and enjoyable. -The facilities are very good/optimal.

Cons

At the moment, I don’t see any significant drawbacks. I’m very satisfied with my experience here.

Pros

- great benefits such as catered lunch, a modern office space which is well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and whatever your heart wishes, frequent team building events, stock options, contribution to a sports pass, paid public transport pass, etc. - above average compensation - performance-based bonuses available for agents - a clear career ladder, clear expectations on what it takes for you to get promoted and be a good performer - hybrid work, flexible WFH policy - an interesting product line, and frequent new releases of promising products - a thorough, hands-on onboarding process - no overtime

Cons

- high expectations towards employees, targets are often raised - working hours are not flexible - communication and information flow among teams could be improved - no year-end bonus

Pros

- Mission-driven, with amazing technology - Focus on getting stuff done. People are rewarded for achieving good business results, not engaging in office politics. - Very healthy, stable business where it feels like your equity will really be worth something. - Surrounded by smart people who care.

Cons

- Leaders are passionate and have a hard time letting go. As a result, micromanaging can occur. - Transparency within the org seems to be going down as R&D pushes for stronger confidentiality around product development. - When you amass a team of highly productive, smart, talented people, you can't possibly provide growth paths for everyone. Often times it requires great people to look outside of FLs when they are blocked for growth here.
