      Great remote job with need for some improvement

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment Flexible consistent hours Helpful teammates and leadership Self directed and good work/life balance requiring no travel from home Fairly simple to learn and receive learning updates

      Cons

      Added responsibility with no pay increases Pay has remained at $17 per hour even with cost of living significantly going up. Shifts can be extremely busy and understaffed requiring back to back visits and often not enough scribes to claim visits. Expectation to do additional non scribe tasks when we already have a heavy workload

      Pros

      Fantastic mission - couldn't ask for one better Fantastic team - everyone's smart, committed, and mission-oriented Transparency is top notch. Everyone from the top town truly believes in it. The leadership team marches to the same tune.

      Cons

      Like a lot of startups, work-life balance is often tough. Though as we grow it's made a lot of progress. Definitely had some growing pains, but the company uses a lot of surveys and anonymous feedback forms to learn about them and improve.

      Pros

      learned a ton while working there, the people are super smart and driven

      Cons

      - the hiring emphasis is on hiring people with little-to-no actual experience, it is kind of a mess - work life balance not something that is valued or honored - no real job titles or opportunities for advancement, so if you care about a title or promotion, wouldn't recommend
