Thank you for your feedback, we agree that we have some of the most talented and hard-working employees in the area. I am sorry however to read about your less than favorable experience with Four Seasons in San Francisco. We couldn't agree with you more that a diverse workforce allows each of us to provide our internal and external guests with a more thorough and authentic Four Seasons and San Francisco Bay experience. As a minority myself, I can assure you that the Company takes pride in its outreach and equal treatment of employees from across all communities throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. We do this by regularly reviewing our Affirmative Action Plan, working with local education and community institutions, both government and non-government funded organizations, and the union Local, just to name a few.
