CULTURE, CULTURE, CULTURE!!! Seriously, the culture of this company is amazing. Employees are empowered at all levels, and given the knowledge, training, and development to deserve it. There are no carrots hanging just out of reach. If you work hard for what you want, you will get it. If you need help and are willing to try, you will get the help needed. I have worked for a number of restaurant companies at every management level, and I can honestly say this has been my best experience. They have the IT factor.

Cons

It's a restaurant. It's long hours. I have worked harder here than I ever have and my body has felt it. The rewards are great, though.

great family love the environment, the hiring process is on looks based on manager's liking ( mostly blondes and latina's). for girls, little experience is needed, almost none. for guys, previous experience is strongly recommended

Cons

manager raarely recognized each individual's hard work. little communication among manager until a problem arises. manager typically won't bother you or talk about you unless you did something wrong. managers uses intimidation to regulate employees if you are a guy. also always be ready for pay cuts
