      Pros

      There are opportunities to make money if you hustle and don't get involved in workplace drama. There is a high turnover of employees...management has to answer to corporate so they do not put up with people who can't conform. Just do your job how they ask and you'll make fairly good money.

      Cons

      The corporate structure means there are lots of rules to follow. It was annoying to have to follow a script when serving, since secret shoppers are always lurking. Also, you have to cater to the "special" (rich) customers if management asks.

      Pros

      Good food. Corporate trainer Liz models the way the company should be run but unfortunately is not on many levels.

      Cons

      Management there is horrible. They work so many hours that their only way to socialize is with their junior employees. Smoking pot and partying with servers is not ok on any level. If your not in their in crowd and you speak up, they will find a reason to let you go. Originally came to company with promise of opportunity but found no matter your knowledge, skills, or abilities, if your not in, your out :(

      Paycheck is real. Also get one free meal a day.

      Cons

      Horrible experience. Just finished a three month externship there and would never recommend this place to anyone. Started off ok then quickly realized the Executive Chef and management team have no business managing anyone. In order to secure your job be ready to brown-nose your way to job security. STAY AWAY!!
