      Pros

      Good food. Nice people in the back of the house. That's about it..

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible management team! Micromanage every step and seem to intentionally seek out every opportunity to yell at servers. Even customers comment on how managers treat servers. They fire people left and right for stupidest stuff. Money is bad too. Long hours. Just a lame place to work at overall.

      Pros

      Pay is as good as you're willing to work for. Positive guest experiences lead to a well-known company. Fox will let you transfer to different concepts if you move.

      Cons

      Rapid company growth has led to some pretty awful management hires. Company is more focused on how they look on paper than actually taking care of the comfort and safety needs of their employees.
