Pros

I am new to FRC, moved my family from Seattle to Phoenix to work for them. The company has nothing but welcoming and supportive to my growth as a new addition. From the top dogs at head quarters to the staff I am managing, everyone has been a treat to work with and for. Solid benefits and a great vibe.

Cons

I am still in the honeymoon phase with FRC, I know no job is perfect but as of my first 6 weeks with the company I have seen no cons.

The Culture here is incredible, the food is so genuinely good, it makes selling it fun!

Cons

Management takes no ownership for ANYTHING, No loyalty, Communication among managers completely lacking, Promotional opportunities, best sections on floor, best shifts all available for "favorite" employees! Dosnt matter how good you are if your not brown nosing you wont go anywhere! $ is just ok especially in high tourist areas (no suggested gratuity), every single server on the floor deals non tipping tourist, we begged for alteast suggested gratuity on bottom of checks, management promised but never ever delivered (on anything). Massive amounts of side work

My personal experience has been nothing but wonderful. I am learning so much that will help me in the future. Great upper management team that is consistently pushing you to be better. Much love and respect for this company.

Cons

I have nothing but great things to say. You can work a lot of hours at some points but it’s is worth it because you are consistently learning and growing.
