The company is great to work for, amazing coworkers both FOH and BOH

Cons

Management has a lack of communication with each other and to their staff. Management has a tendency to rely on the "because I said so" excuse. They don't listen to their employees and have always have something snarky to say when someone asks a question or gives a suggestion.

Managers provide schedules on time and according to availability.

Cons

-managers were micromanagers and seemed to have little faith in their team -Fox's Mantra: Yes is the answer, what is the question? Is far from how the restaurant functions and treats its guests -managers were often stressed, overworked and underpaid -flaws are quick to be pointed out, but compliments are often withheld -sidework would often keep people for hours after their last table BIGGEST con was never feeling appreciated

Pros

Great ownership and excellent health benefits. Flexibility with vacation and time off requests. Pretty good training. Relocation always a possibility.

Cons

Long unnecessary hours. Not as much recognition for good hard work as should be. Unbalance of responsibilities spread between management.
