      Pros

      The people are great to work with and genuinely want to help one another. They treat one another with respect and are good people. I am continually challenged and my opinions and feedback are valued.

      My commute is long but I still loo forward to going into the office on a daily basis.

      The holiday parties are ok, although they dissolved the monthly party.

      Lack of leadership Lack of personal and professional growth You could get lost in the shuffle It was just very unpleasant working here as a whole. I would recommend working on the corporate side of the firm because the legal department is controlled by the managing partners, whom are moreover unpleasant to work under. Client service managers pass on work to their team. Senior managers have no accountability and pass on the blame rather than educate, assist, and provide feedback. Then again, you won't expect it from them. You will soon witness the immaturity, favoritism, nepotism, and ill-manners that trickles from the top, down.

      Good Intro to the legal field

      I received some good legal experience coming from a background with none at all. It was a good place to transition into law school. Excellent benefits plan.
