I have genuinely enjoyed my time with FreedomPay. If you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, the sky is truly the limit. They reward strong employees who contribute to the strategic business vision. If you are just beginning your career, there are few better places to start.

Cons

Pay is relatively low until you hit the Director level. Quarterly bonuses make up for that though. High expectations that are sometimes hard to reach.

Good company to work for. Fast pace company, with good core values. Health benefits a good, pay is decent. We get quarterly bonuses. Would recommend to work for FreedomPay

Cons

No yearly raises 1% 401K Matching Only 2 weeks of PTO (you also have 1 week of flex holidays)
