Pros

Residents are the absolutely best very nice it’s almost like they are a family members. They make the job easier and enjoyable

Cons

Upper management cares nothing about the employees what so ever. Employee concerns mean nothing to them. Pay is very poor. Work demands are often not apart of job description.

Great residents to work with, great upper management, learning environment that supports you and wants to see you succeed

Cons

Poor pay and same job title workers get paid same amount but do different amounts of work while others do little or work easy jobs , supervisors are inexperienced and are not professional
