Benefits and pay are not bad.

Cons

Secrecy, lack of transparency, no accountability. Wish the new CFO would look into the finances. All executives and HR are not for the employee they only care about their bonuses. Huge fear of retaliation against employees, hence all the Anonymous reviews here. Seems like a huge sinking ship to a lot of employees.

Good industry, company seems to be trying new things with the core values initiative even though they are implemented but no accountability. Good pay

Cons

Benefits are ok Time off is terrible, sick time and PTO are rolled into one. Which sucks when the time off given is bad. All the other reviews were pretty accurate with their negatives.
