Pros

Free flights to lots of destinations. Working with some great coworkers. Ability to move up in the organization fairly quickly.

Cons

Terrible Pay even for management positions. Operational performance is bad. Management doesn't care about employees. A very badly run airline.

Pros

There is a good core group of people within Frontier, people who care about their jobs. I can not vouch for the new subsidiaries such as Midwest and Republic.

Cons

This company seems to be trending downward, and rightfully so because this company was taken over by a regional airline who received its revenue by contract flying for major airlines. Now this company (Republic) has to take on running its own major airline, and once it figures out what it's doing, it will eventually trend upward. However, it is unknown how downward it will go before it figures out once it is doing. Frontier was always known as one of the highest satisfaction companies, but it hasn't been able to retain its position there because of constant company changes, primariily from its owners (Republic) who is still learning.
