Pros

Free flights; if you can get on. Benefits package was ok but is changing now that Republic has taken over.

Cons

Middle management does not care about employee relations only about call times and other statistics. If you need to take time off for a doctor/dental appointment you will loose points. You are given only 4 points for your first 6 months on the job. You loose a point if you miss work for ANY reason and if you are tardy even by 1 minute. You do not regain your point for one year. For this reason (any many others) turnover is extremely high. You are not paid for the time you need to get ready to begin your job-getting all programs up and running and getting settled into your desk. Your pay begins when you take your first call and not before. Does not care about employee relations at all. If you are unhappy, too bad. Customers pretty much hate the airlines anymore so be prepared to talk to upset and angry people all day.

Pros

This is a great place to work for the first 3 months, Great people to work with, a good challenge at times

Cons

The management in Crew scheduling is very new and could use some work. They constantly micromanage employees and undermine them from doing their own jobs. Some of the supervisors hang back and let employees do their job.

Pros

The employees are great group.after all they have been through their attitude is still positive. The agents are the ones that really keep it going.

Cons

Weak managent that presents no goals or guidance. If you ask anyone in management at Frontier what success looks like they would all give you a different answer. There is no career development except for knowing the right person.
