Pros

Many people loved Frontier when it was in Denver. Even now with Republic running the show, if you can stay in Denver, you will be around people who are proud to work with them. The people are really nice and grateful. Its also great to have the non-rev flight benefits as well.

Cons

Depending on the current organization of the company with Republic, you may see Denver jobs disappear. The CEO is tough, and he will do whatever it takes to keep profitability. This is the unstable airline industry after all.

The rank and file people at Frontier are awesome

Cons

Since Republic took over, corporate communications are much worse, benefits are being scaled back a lot, pay is some of the worst of the industry.

Pros

Different departments have different work ethics, but the ones I experienced were overall good. The smaller the department, the better, as it is in most companies. Overall, Frontier is a great place to work.

Cons

However, since Frontier was recently bought out by Republic, things have not been the same. Mostly in the area of communication. Management was always on the ball with communication before the company got bought out. Now, it's hard for our management to get answers from Republic, which has been frustrating.
