Pros

Frontier used to really care about their employees. Good flight benefits when you could get on the planes. Some of the best pilots and flight attendants in the industry!

Cons

Since Republic Airways took over Frontier Airlines has gone down hill really fast. No one seems to care anymore that hundreds of jobs are being lost, the company could now careless about it's employees. Company is not the same and it's for the worse! Republic is now trying to get rid of the animals on our planes and have "one seamless" airline which means planes that look like Midwest. This is not a Denver business anymore which is disappointing.

Pros

Great place to work, employees really stick together and rally for each other. The corporate office is very laid back and comfortable.

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work and responsibilities. Management hides the low compensation behind free flight benefits. Very little room for advancement in the current state.

Pros

Coworkers are great! Flight benefits are good, when you can get on a plane.

Cons

Since the acquisition of Republic Airways of Frontier, the team spirit and family feeling of the airline has gone away. What once use to be Denver's home town airline, which employees are proud of, we are being transformed into something else, for better or worse. I worry that Republic, and their lack of knowledge of how to run a "real" airlines with actual customers, marketing and brand loyalty decision that we will probably see Frontier going away in some form or fashion within the next 12-24 months. Pay and benefits are low.
