Things are changing for the better because of the mergers.

Cons

Former management were very rude and set the pace for other employees. The new management is much better.

Frontier GREAT Republic SUCKS

Pros

Midwest and Frontier were GREAT! You would drive what ever distance needed to just work in the same room as everyone else. The benefits were ok, the pay was ok but the people were amazing and inspiring. You were proud to work for either of these companies.

Cons

Republic SUCKED all the life out. Great people were being replaced by people with less experience and less pay. While I am sure my job is going away what is worse is that I fear that based on the upper management of Republic all the hard work everyone has done to make Frontier wonderful and exciting to fly is going to be gone soon as well.
