      Company provides permanent remote flexibility

      Cons

      Apart from remote, everything about this company is going downhill. There is no work life balance with constant firefighting going on for issues, unrealistic expectations on the deadlines for assigned tasks. High attrition and lack of job security further confirms this. Best is to stay away
