Pay is horrible. President has no idea how to run a company. Last 5 years the company has lost revenue every year.

Pros

Business is slow, so the ignorance and folly of the new "leadership" is not yet evident to the outside world.

Cons

Management by spreadsheet (reducing headcount based upon salary) is a prescription for failure. The new, so-called leadership team utterly lacks credibility with employees and customers alike. There is no fixing that.
