      Great groups of people to work with at the store level Good discount Flexible hours Fun industry to work in Customers are friendly and the company truly tries to serve them

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what goes on in the stores other than what their data reports Sales expectations can be overwhelming at times Commissioned items and items that you are required to sell are completely different things, making it hard to make a decent paycheck without your sales numbers being awful Certain stores get little to no customer traffic, making the job very boring at times

      Pros

      It has a decent discount, and at the manager level your hours are largely whatever you want as long as you follow the guidelines. Typically you're able to connect with the customer base, which makes it semi-enjoyable.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals, which also constantly change (even between individual stores!). Uneven implementation of policy. The worst payrate and compensation I've seen, period. Not enough accountability placed on management between DVP and RSD level, as it all trickles down to us with no repercussions on them. Marketing and promo changes among the worst in the business. Hours given for staff absolute minimum.
