      Pros

      great brand, good culture - i thought the communication was good at the time, particularly the cfo's quarterly report cards, although those ended after several consecutive quarters of negative comps - the employee discount is very solid, although it incents you to waste your paycheck on clothes you don't need!

      Cons

      business has been very challenging, in current environment could only get worse - many of the employees / leaders that had been there a long time were not very open to changing how they operate, and that has been a factor in their negative results relative to others like H&M

      Pros

      A company with a great label and opportunity for ambitious and talented individuals to grow and work their way up the company and get promoted. You have to actively show your ambition though, otherwise you won´t get noticed. Typical for big companies, tons of opportunities but it is easy to get lost in the crowd...I worked a lot of hours, since I needed the money, lots of oppprtunity for overtime work if needed, especially during holiday season.

      Cons

      Sometimes tedious and boring work. .Customers can be ruse and the environment can be stressful.
