      Great Company...not everybody was ethical

      Pros

      - there was a great discount - you get to meet a lot of really nice people - high level of training (the company has started a leadership training program for new supervisors and managers that gives them an overview of the company and its values and expectations) - if you work full-time, the health benefits are definitely superior to a lot of other companies

      Cons

      - schedule is different from week to week and I've heard that now that employees get their schedules by email, sometimes they don't now what they are working for the next week until the Friday before. - underpaid in comparison to other companies with the same workload

      Pros

      Your discount is the only reason to work for the Gap.

      Cons

      The goals that they constantly preach over the walkie talkies are absolutely insane. "Come on guys I need $6,000 and 10 Gap cards in 10 minutes." You hear this about 5 times an hour every day that you are scheduled. In today's economy who in their right mind wants t open a gap card with 26% interest.

      For the name - but don't expect it to be a good experience.

      Cons

      It's all about how brown your nose is. It's not only prevalent but encouraged. If you're not someone's pet, you can forget about your chances of advancing.
