Pros

Pay is ok for the FM area. Some of the staff are great people! The health insurance is decent.

Cons

Doesn't stand behind their motto or promises when it comes to employees. For a better way of life - no. In one day, you'll get emails stating it's mental health awareness month and that the bank cares about you and your wellbeing - then you'll also get chastised for missing a shift or two during a serious illness. They treat adult professionals like children. Turn over is very high and all departments are constantly understaffed. Don't believe the hype. They'd also like to keep you at the lowest level of your position so they have worker bees - this whole thing about 'career development' doesn't exist.
