Pros

Interns are treated extremely well. They are given projects which are value added for the company and meaningful to the intern. I felt my manager was fantastic.

Cons

Work life balance seems to be an issue with some coworkers. There is always plenty to do and never enough time to do it.

Pros

Starting out of school at GMI they allow you so many hands on opportunities. You are the expert on your projects. The people I work with are some of my best friends and and the best teammates you could ask for. It is great to work for a company you can be proud of.

Cons

With much responsibility comes stress. You have to make yourself take breaks and time to decompress. Working on so many prominate brands there are always things that "need" to be done.

Pros

Provides an open culture and opportuntities to perform at all levels. Apt and timely reward and recognition for good work.

Cons

Need to eliminate bureaucracy and politics to maintain a healthy working atmosphere. Also ensure that while new extensions imbibe the pros of the parent org, they also need to guard against the cons.
