Training is good. Opportunity to go abroad(with peanut salary). Lot of courses are there.
Cons
Salary is the worst. No proper co. Policy Management is totally inefficient. HR is biased towards VP. No night shift allowance. No overtime. No employee benefits. No work life balance. No recognition. Increment is less. Falsely claims to have GE values. Quality of people hired are very low. Salary is never review as per market,its the same for the last 10 years. No change is scale. A fresher gets Rs.7000 in hand. There is a bonus of Rs. 4000 which has skabs and parameters. Increment is 8 %, irrespective of the fact your salary is 7000 and its and increase of Rs.400 Genpact does not care if you leave the org. There strategy is like if 10 people leaves they will hire 10 people again. That's why you can see hiring happening 24*7 365.
