Shifts are currently ok. Also I work for a good client that's the only good point and the reason to join Genpact

Cons

very poor people management. No respect for employees and no respect for the position or knowledge to have compared to others. Managers manage processes about they don't have any idea about and talk like illiterates. Really disappoints when you suggest something and they cannot take it forward since they don't understand the concept.

Good place to kick start your career, can learn a lot, Education @ Work, lot of general training, Work culture, fun activities.

Cons

No fair employment policy it's just there in papers, if you're doing night shift then it will be continued till you leave Genpact, mostly TL's will do Work form(for) home so if your boss knows that you're a workaholic person then you'll have to do your TL's work too....(Sad truth), increase the increment %, increase incentives.
