Pros

If you happen to get a good manager, they will at least be honest with you. But they blame everything on the client. And not the fact that it's actually Genpacts policy that's making all of the awful decisions.

Cons

They will try to milk every ounce of production out of you like a workhouse mule. They don't care about you. They don't pay holiday pay. They could care less about your work-life balance. If you Ever want to move up within the company, are going to have to Take out a ton of Extra work and go through Lateral positions again and again before you actually get Title and maybe A dollar pay raise if you're lucky.

Pros

Education and training availability.

Cons

Banding and advancement totally discretionary with no employee input. Cultural bias is very evident. Transplanted management does not trust American employees. We were told that the company embraced working remotely after 8 months of working remotely and being a high volume producer, was required to return to the office at managements whim. Commute added 3 hours to my work day and expense. Salary review was here it is, with no discussion or interview on management review, Titles were given without review of past experience or education. Experienced personnel were treated as uninformed employees. There was no local HR to speak of, except for an administrative assistant who was clueless. Remote HR was a BOT. You were nothing unless you were working on a Green or Black belt project. They talk about IA and Robotics as if it is the end all. Company talks a good game, but does not keep their promises. Beware if you join that you will just be an employee number.

Pros

Benefits, Easy, coffee, free money

Cons

They lured people in by providing snacks and telling you how good the benefits are. Which are great. Benefits start 1st day, but use of that when you want be with the company for long. I should’ve how things would be the reviews and hiring process well unorganized. They’re so focus on the client that management forgets about the employees. The Indias run around all day like a chicken with their head cut off and the managers walk around or sit around with the laptop to their face. They never acknowledge you even at the first start of your shift. No Goodmorning , no team members, no coaching and they have QA grading you that don’t no exactly what they’re doing. Providing you with wrong feedback and then specialist have no way to dispute or talk to anyone about the incorrect score. They have a set schedule however they like you at your desk working at 7:00 on the dot or that’s a point. Late from break or lunch point, and they do not provide any grace period or no time to log into your computer. I came on when they did the mass hiring now they’re doing the mass firing and mainly because people were put on final for attendance. You don’t how many points you have because they never coach you on anything. No warnings but straight to a final then they’re walking you out. Keep in mind I still work here so everything I say is the truth. They will switch your management in a heart beat. Now you’re on some else team. I see a lot of the manager favorites walking around. You will see them most likely where the computers are, hanging up decorations or near the break room. The way they hire and fire you would think they were a temp agency. I’m just sitting back now waiting on my time to end I know it’s coming soon. I believe they soon lose this contact and I hope they do. The client, management and I know It’s just a matter of time. You have nothing to look forward too. This is not a secure job ... this job is for teenagers that’s not living on their own. Ask the Managers a question and they look at you, like why you asking me. Untrained floor walker, hopefully you don’t have any issue in your personal life were you can’t make it or whatever it’s just terrible and well I could’ve wrote a book. But I will end it
