Pros

Pay was the only good thing.

Cons

Everything! I was told 3 diff start dates. I was offered one shift upon interviewing, when I finally started I was told that I would be on a completely diff shift. After speaking with management about it I was told it would be fixed. 20 mins later they came back and said that there was nothing they could do.. I explained that it was not fair and that I was told misleading information. I also said let them know that the whole process was dysfunctional. Needless to say they asked for my badge back. Because they could not deliver on what they offered. And I was cursed out by staff members upon my exit.

Pros

Great place to get your foot in the door with this type of industry. Also the opportunity for relocation is there too. They also have resources where employees can unwind and take their mind off work.

Cons

They have to find a way to train policy to agents where everyone is on the same page. Once you LTO it’s completely different. However, it is extremely unprofessional. I’ve personally seen people break serious rules left and right and nothing gets done. I’ve seen higher ups flirt with agents openly and nothing happens. I seen an agent get in serious trouble behind misusing the platform and they are still employed. If you are positioned to be promoted quickly you could rub some agents the wrong way and they will turn on you. I was accused of something and I tried to explain the situation to HR but they weren’t even trying to hear me. It honestly has still put a bad taste in my mouth. And prior to this, I was hitting all the right numbers. Always came to work on time. No warnings, very very little points accrued. When they say “be open for change” they are not kidding. If you are going to work here, do your job and go home. Try not to be too social because people will bad mouth you if they feel you are a threat to their growth. And lots of fights happens on campus too. It’s a lot going on. Too much for me. Oh, and during my whole tenure I never received my cards for my vision and dental benefits. I reached out to HR numerous times and since we aren’t allowed to email ourselves or write anything down all they kept doing was giving me a number to call, which was for the providers but whenever I called they said I was never put into their system. So I paid those benefits for nothing and did not even have proper resources to utilize them.

Pros

Having a job with benefits.

Cons

Morale has been in a downward spiral for years. Unforeseen and unprecedented. Others are preemptively jumping ship on their own. HR is a joke. They are inconsistent about their enforcement of company polices. They will make you look bad … to make themselves look better to upper management. It's really very sad, and honestly, unethical.
