Pros

Learning, I took 63 course in the year I was there. Get it while the getting is good, because they rarely follow-through on their plans.

Cons

Everything else. Don't plan on keeping this job long. They bring roles in the front door, fix a couple things then ship it to India to capitalize. They claim to be transparent, but only relay information when they have no other choice so they can appear transparent.

cant really point even one.

there are tons of it. Wish you had a negative star I can rate. nothing absolutely work in this company as per process. from day 1 of joining, I am only struggling to get basic things. I didn't had Medicare for almost 2 months, didn't got my salary for 2 months, no appraisal. My H1 transfer was done wrong. GC process delayed by several months and now most likely, I have no choice but to leave US in few months. This company and HR and managers are lying idiots and god knows what they do to get paid. I curse the day when I accepted the job offer.

No pros at all , the company stucks.

Well to start off the staff does not communicate at all. The first day we started we didn’t even know our schedule or what we were supposed to be doing. We say around for 3 hours waiting for instructions. Nothing was organized at all, anytime I asked a question the only answer I received was “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” Another thing is they did not pay me,I waited over a week and they never sent me my direct deposit. I sent over 40 emails , called numerous times and I was ignored. I called the cooperate office as well and no one returned my phone call. It’s very unprofessional, someone at Genpact went into my profile and changed my account and routing number without my permission. I had to beg this company to pay me and I still haven’t been paid. I’ve filed a complaint with the US Department of Labor.
