Pros

Fast growing , good business plan and strong client base Commission structure is good

Cons

Leadership - colleagues are leaving, not just for money, and no one is doing anything about it. There solution is to hire more people for less money, without fixing the problems Leadership treat women as objects, and no respect. They are rude, and have different expectations to male counterparts. The way they talk and treat you is a harrassment case waiting to happen. This is unfortunately not an isolated issue, and if you look at LinkedIn you would see high profile female leaders have left, and replaced by men. The simple solution seems to be hire more diverse and not fix a problem. The cross collaboration from other SVP's is actually more harmful, lots of yes men that what one thing then change their minds if someone else suggests the opposite.

Pros

There are some good opportunities for people to build skills in entry-associate level work, and there are extended opportunities to have a flexible schedule for most employees. Work from home opportunities may extend into the future.

Cons

Genpact acquires various unwanted operations from other companies. Rather than truly reorganizing the business unit into more efficient organizations, it often absorbs a major client's workplace culture (both good and bad) and poorly grafts its own identity on top, creating additional bureaucratic waste, if the jobs are not outsourced to a cheaper location early on. The culture within various accounts can vary, but the bulk of the business in the Bentonville office has a rigid and negative attitude with entrenched office politics that impacts professional growth and the standard quality of work life. Routine outsourcing leads to an insecure work environment, so it is a difficult employer to recommend unless you have a short term exit strategy or need to build some professional experience.

Pros

Not much other than you are offered many opportunities to learn a lot but you can get that at any consulting firm...

Cons

Where to begin? First, they must be paying people for positive reviews because Genpact doesn’t care about their employees. They won’t hire the appropriate number of people for projects and expect people to do the work of about 3. They run you into the ground and that’s the expectation. You work avg 70-80 hrs a week, don’t let them fool you into thinking you will work less. On top of that, the salaries don’t align to working that much. Also, they are out there acquiring companies and hiring more and more VPs, but not giving employees their promotions or annual increases. Oh...and annual increases are about 1% ha! The HR department controls every aspect of the employees. I have never seen an HR dept with so much control and they are very incompetent. Your onboarding experience will not be typical because they are unorganized and you have to basically figure things out on your own. This is by far the worst company I’ve worked for. To the public they showcase how much they take care of their own, but that just shows how out of touch leadership is to what’s actually happening. I know of about 20 people across the globe that left in the last month. Not a good look. Definitely run away from this place!
