      Pros

      Flexibility and telecommuting if approved by management. If you are related to the right person or if you are a friend to the right person, the sky is the limit.

      Cons

      Inconsistent management practices. Generally speaking education, performance and skills are not valued. They say the right things but actions don't match words.

      Great pay and if you work they leave you alone.

      Cons

      You have to be a part of the good ole boy network even as a female. play golf and be buddy buddy with managers. The senior management could careless as long as they continue to look good. People are promoted because of who they know and not what they know.
