Absolute disregard for any humane HR practice complete idiots running the organization the CEO and COO are not qualified and are glorified secretaries, and absolutely rude and disrespectful. They are abusive to employees needs and have a complete disregard for anyone except their own motives and have not a clue about how anything functions and make up arbitrary decisions that have harmful effects on the staff myself and colleagues often work 60+ hours weekly and it is an expectation. We’re not allowed to flex our hours even if we are salaried employees working until 11 o’clock at night.

There is a revolving door of hiring due to the fact that most employees decide to leave after less than only six months of working. One of the factors for this decision to leave could be due to the poor and sometimes complete lack of leadership. With unclear expectations and unprofessionalism galore, you will not learn anything from those in charge - except for what not to do. The high turnover could also be a result of the toxic workplace culture which allows all levels (even the CEO) to participate in gossip about current, former, and prospective employees. The most common reason for leaving this company? The blurred lines between employee and volunteer with most (if not all) of your time being spent working uncompensated nights and weekends.
