Pros

- A company that actually practices the good values it promotes. - Puts great emphasis on the welfare of its employees. - Great work life balance. - Awesome benefits, above the median.

Cons

- Not sure if this is really a con, but you have to make an effort in making connections with the global team members. That means you have to set some small amount of time to just chat with your other team mates from other regions.

Thank you for your review. It is our goal to create an environment where our team members feel valued and we’re delighted to hear that this is the experience you’ve had working here. We appreciate the challenges of informal communication in an all-remote environment and have thoughtfully developed a few suggestions in our Handbook that may help resolve some of these! Pros

Great work/life balance. Lots of collaboration and zero tolerance for sexist or racist behaviour.

Cons

With all younger companies, sometimes changes happen quickly and parties involved aren’t always aware.

Pros

Work from home gives so much time for family and things you want to do but never had time due to long commute times Very supportive, collaborative team You know you are trusted as an employee to have proper work ethics - unlike companies that think you will slack off if they don't constantly watch over your shoulder Everybody accepts everybody, you can be you without worrying Good benefits

Cons

Miss non-virtual interactions with colleagues
