Short-term, no notice layoffs. Not stable, reactive

One delivery head gives you commitment, a Immigration head certified it, still both steps down from their commitment once the target action is completed. This is a company where your can't even trust currently working head’s documented commitments. Don't waste your time in such company, don't join or get lost as soon as you get next opportunity. Here head’s level people don't even keep their words. HR also smartly escaped from this even though I showed him those. I am sharing my experience because I have wasted my 14+ years and don't want others to do the same mistake....
