      Pros

      a) IT Applications projects are ok. b) Telecom BU has few good projects. c) Good for a fresher and for people having 2-4 years of experience. You may get good returns if you plan to remain with Globallogic for more than 3 years (or if you can survive for 3+ years) d) Some projects offer Work from Home e) Work location (Noida) is good only if you are staying closer to Greater Noida or Noida City Centre.

      a) Overall - Paralyzed with Poor work culture, insufficient processes and whichever processes are shown managed, poorly managed....an adhoc culture in totality b) Seasoned resources manage to enjoy work from home since the proximity with reporting managers is better c) No compensation policy in place though HR may beat drums for this at the time of joining...if you are important AND favorite, you may get double than the person doubly experienced. d) Horrifying experience in terms of process compliance e) Poorest in ethical practices so far seen f) No profiling of the position you get employed for
