      Pros

      The company was the best paymaster 4-5 years ago. But not anymore.You can find some work life balance but depends on your manager.

      Cons

      1. Lowest salary hike in industry. 2. Lost focus on employee welfare. 3. Sales/ Marketing team is very weak.

      - Excellent career advancement opportunities - Great people friendly culture - Excellent HR policies

      Cons

      - Slight difficulties in switching to a different BU than the one you are originally assigned to - Difficulties in moving to projects, after spending significant amount of time in the current one - Commute to Expressway is a challenge, even with the Bus and Cabs that GL provides

      Pros

      Salary is usually more than other firms are offering.

      Cons

      Management is worst in the company . They hire freshers but have no absorbtion capacity . None of the concerned people are ready to take responsibility. Company is going down and that is definite. Recently a center in pune has been shut down. ADVICE : If you are fresher dont even think of joining this firm . If you are a senior person then be prepared to stay in the organization without any appraisals.
