      company is pretend to be innovative and friendly it support is very good free coffee :) free gym, pool and some other entertainments

      open space is very noisly management can always shift their fails on developers bad ventilation in the office poor management of senior staff

      Pros

      I have very positive impression working here. 1. I don't see the limits for professional development here for those who what to grow. 2. It's very good that the management supports reasonable initiatives. 3. Cool people and environment

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest enough in its personnel, i.e. the crowd of highly professional people working in hi-tech doesn't get proper trainings, certification programs provided by the company. As a result, people don't feel that the management takes care of them. Cool offices is a good thing but it is like a bright wrap, the next step is to change the focus on more serious things.
