      Pros

      I have very positive impression working here. 1. I don't see the limits for professional development here for those who what to grow. 2. It's very good that the management supports reasonable initiatives. 3. Cool people and environment

      Cons

      The company doesn't invest enough in its personnel, i.e. the crowd of highly professional people working in hi-tech doesn't get proper trainings, certification programs provided by the company. As a result, people don't feel that the management takes care of them. Cool offices is a good thing but it is like a bright wrap, the next step is to change the focus on more serious things.

      Pros

      Good work life balance, but that again depends on the project. Used to hire good, people but the quality has gone down as the organisation is growing. They pay slightly above market.

      Cons

      Most of the clients are start ups, so the overall scale of the product might be small. Less process oriented. Not a big brand name as such in India, and has less marquee clients compared to other OPD vendors. No real time product development.
