Pros

Working remotely for GlobalLogic is flexible. As long as you do the work expected of you, no one is checking on you.

Cons

Every employee working on AI product teams is only valued if they meet the daily quota. And when you are no longer needed, you are immediately told you are terminated, told not to tell anyone, and immediately removed from all work spaces and locked out of your work laptop. Socializing was discouraged. The only thing you are allowed to do at work is your work. There are no team meetings. It is very isolating. There's no room for growth. No potential to move up or have a salary increase. And everyone is just waiting to be terminated in the next round.
