      working from home, that’s it.

      Cons

      No sense of direction, Even the management is confused about the tasks. Massive lay offs after hiring about 150-180 people back in October 2024. Pay is atrocious.

      Working from home. You get paid but I guess that doesn't say much considering that's the bare minimum expected from a job.

      Toxic positivity Extremely low pay for the work you do, especially since they only accept people with master's or PhD. Constant shifting of priorities but that's more on their client rather than GL

      Pros

      The team is wholesome, the environment is very rich, and the company does a lot to provide a "healthy" work environment yf you are a newcomer to the industry.

      Cons

      There are virtually no promotions, project rotation is non-existent, and we work ungodly hours (with a median of 12 hours). Avoid if you can, as the projects are mostly working with technically and personally challenged off-shore individuals who have almost no experience.
