Pros
-- Everyone has buy-in on our mission and we feel like we are really helping people better afford their healthcare. -- Being at a growing start-up means you have the ability to pitch in where your strengths are useful. I enjoy my primary responsibilities, but also like being able to help other teams when opportunities present themselves. -- The overall team here is really strong and it's enjoyable to come to work with other people who are engaged and doing high quality work.
Cons
-- As we continue to grow, we need to have more opportunities for employees in different divisions to get to know one another and work together. (Not a con, but something to keep on the radar.)
